Cancellation Policy

By submitting an online direct booking, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following: 1. 10-Day Advance Notice Requirement All direct labor bookings must be submitted a minimum of ten (10) calendar days in advance of the requested service date. This lead time is essential for personnel scheduling and equipment allocation. Requests submitted with less than 10 days’ notice will not be honored via the online portal. 2. Conditional Reservation An online booking does not constitute final confirmation of service. Submission may temporarily reserve labor for loading, unloading; however, all services remain conditional upon lane availability, operational feasibility, and internal manual review. 3. Lane-Specific Availability Direct booking is available only for limited, high-density lanes. Availability depends on origin, destination, timing, manpower, and equipment capacity. Certain lanes may be restricted or unavailable despite the technical ability to submit a booking. 4. Final Confirmation Requirement Services are not considered guaranteed until the Customer receives direct written confirmation from a Logsa Mil Moves representative. Automated receipts or submission emails do not constitute a service guarantee. 5. Payment & Preliminary Pricing provided during booking is preliminary and subject to validation. Payment authorization or deposits do not guarantee service without manual confirmation. Adjustments to scope, timing, or lane logistics may result in pricing changes. 6. Cancellations & Changes Customer-initiated changes after confirmation may be subject to rescheduling fees. Cancellations within a restricted window prior to service may result in partial or full forfeiture of payments to cover committed labor. Logsa Mil Moves reserves the right to modify services due to operational constraints or Force Majeure events. 7. Liability & Readiness Logsa Mil Moves is not liable for delays or damages resulting from unconfirmed bookings or inaccurate customer data. Labor-only services do not include valuation or insurance. Customers are responsible for site access (including base passes), inventory readiness, and regulatory compliance. 8. Right to Decline Logsa Mil Moves reserves the right to decline or reschedule any request that does not meet operational, timing, or safety requirements.
